Mission: Timonium Hamfest (BRATS)
OL: Timonium Fairgrounds, Baltimore, Maryland
Background: The BRATS hamfest is an excellent gathering and offers quite a bit of military gear and boat anchors for sale. But you have to get up very early in order to beat Tom Bryan in order to have first pick of the the goodies. The last couple of years the group has met on 3885 Kcs and 51.0 Mcs to test and demo military HF equipment. A "Dayton" style net was held at 12:00 hours.
