TiMONIUM                                             Hamfests 2004

The next few pages contain photos taken at hamfests held at Timonium Fairgrounds, Baltimore Maryland. The host clubs were BARC and BRATS. It has been our custom to set up some sort of military equipment and to have nets on 3585 Kcs and 51.0 MCs This fine "Dayton" tradition was started by Joe WA5VAG and his group

Lots of mil gear, every row was
         an adventure.

 

     Zorro picked up a nice military R-542..
            It even had a data plate.

     Note: The term "flight deck" as used in a coordinated display and operations of   Military Aircraft Radio Equipment was coined by  a famous East Coast Collector AAFRADIO.                  See link  on page two.
